Etienne Calsac is a young rising star from the Côte des Blancs. Since 2010, he has been producing extremely limited and high quality Bubbly including this Rosé we have come to love. Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this Rosé boasts of a fresh fruity nose spiced with a chalkiness that’s alluring. Its annual production is below 1,500 bottles and is even being served in Michelin-starred establishments such as Odette.

In the heart of the Marne Valley, Francis Orban has created the pure expression of the region with their Brut Rosé. Made from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes which is the flagship fruit of this House, the Rosé smells fresh and fruity, and will immediately capture you with its intense body and complexity.
Huré Frères L’Insouciance Rosé Brut
Huré Frères, which literally translates to the Huré brothers, is made up of Francois Huré and his brother, Pierre. Their House Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with addition of up to 40% reserve wines for complexity and richness on the palate.
Pertois Lebrun L’Ambitieuse Blanc de Blancs Champagne Grand Cru
Based in Cramant, the fifth generation of the Pertois Lubrun family, Clément and Antoine, take great care of their Grand Cru plots with biodynamic farming practices and minimal intervention. This special cuvee is made from 50% 2013 vintage and 50% 2014 vintage, with vinification taking place in oak barrels for at least 4 years before disgorgement.

This Champagne is a classic Champenois blend of 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, and as the name suggests – a first invitation into their Grand and Premier Cru plots in Cramant, Chouilly and Cuis.
